I always come back here for my stay because it's perfect for me. They even helped me return my lost documents. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, bar, restaurant, picnic area, laundry. Ideal for a city break!

Location, quiet and ideal if you do not want to be in the middle of a place. Very good to walk in the woods and ideal for walks with the dog. Easy to reach by car and sufficient parking spaces. Good restaurant right next to the hotel.

Furniture could be newer, but it still served the purpose well. More TV programs should be there already.

Nice staff, good breakfast with the same daily offer. . Quiet location in the middle of the forest at the television tower at the top of the mountain, but therefore 1.3 km way to the trolleybus, only 10 minutes by bus to the city, leaves every 15 minutes.

We really got great value for our money at Hotel West. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding forest. The location, although a bit secluded, was perfect for a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean.

The breakfast could be improved by ensuring that there is always enough food for all guests.

The staff were super friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The breakfast had excellent choices and the surrounding forest provided plenty of opportunities for walks and breathtaking views. Even without a car, it was easy to reach the bus stop and taxis were cheap if booked through the hotel. The dinner was delicious and reasonably priced, served in a lovely setting. I would definitely stay here again and hope to return in the future. The nearby restaurant was really good and the location was calm, perfect for leisurely strolls and outdoor activities. The staff were incredibly helpful and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The free wi-fi, convenient parking, cozy bar/lounge area, and the on-site restaurant with picnic tables were great amenities. The laundry service, flat-screen TV, and lift made our stay even more comfortable. The electric kettle in the room was a nice touch. The express check-in/check-out option was convenient. The hiking and cycling options in the area were fantastic. I also appreciated that pets were allowed and that there were non-smoking rooms available. it was an amazing experience!

clean rooms - great location on Kamzik hill - surrounded by beautiful nature - friendly staff - ample parking. The Schoppa restaurant connected to the hotel is cozy - with kind employees - high-quality food, and a country-style ambiance with a fireplace.

Great Location. Staff was absolutely perfect. My room was clean, well furnished and veryx comfortable. I had large space for work, wifi was in the whole object so I was working also at the terace. In 15 minutes walk through beautiful forest you take troleybus 203 and in 10 minutes you are in the heart of city center.

This hotel offers great value for money. Located on a hill in the middle of a beautiful forest, it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, with plenty of storage space. I especially enjoyed the forest view from my room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free parking and WiFi were a bonus. Additionally, despite having limited options, the breakfast included some delicious sweets and the option to take coffee to go.
